This monitor uses a high temperature diffusion type zirconia sensor thatcan be calibrated in air, has a range of 0 to 25 percent, and has an accuracyof plus or minus 0.1 percent over range. It is a low current 24 vdc powered device that uses an integral critical orifice with ms straight thread o-ring connections. It supplies an isolated 4-20 milliamp signal to the plc, which inin turn, shall display the oxygen content of the flowing product gas at all times. The plc automatically adjusts various operating parameters to insure the product gas purity, as indicated by the monitor's input, does not exceed 0.5 percent oxygen.
